  2. Why did I choose this? • I choose this because I thought it would be fun to learn more about him, and it was the first thing that came to mind, also because he was a great musician.

  3. When was he born? • He was born on January 8, 1935, in Tupelo Mississippi. His parents are Vernon and Gladys Presley.

  4. When did he die? • There is a rumor that he died on the toilet, it is true. His staff found him after he fell of the toilet. They called the ambulance. They rushed him to the hospital. He died on August 16,1977 3:30 pm CST. He was 42 when he died.

  5. Military Service • In January of 1953, like all young American men of the time of 18, Elvis Presley registered with the U.S S.S.S (Selective Service System). Under the Draft System, Young Men were expected to serve in the Military for two years.

  6. Information • His favorite foods are Peanut Butter and Banana sandwiches, Mashed Potatoes, Burned Bacon, Grape Jelly, Cheeseburgers, Pork Chops, and Sauerkraut. • His favorite board games are Monopoly and Yahtzee. • His favorite drinks are Pepsi Cola, and Mountain Valley Water.
