  2. What is a Logic Model? The Logic Model…. Describes program workings conceptually Lists inputs, activities, outputs & outcomes Requires a step-by-step program analysis Identifies components that must be tracked Is a design for what the program does NAVAA

Logic Model Components • Often include overarching statements as to program goals, contexts, purposes. • Inputs: resources dedicated or consumed • Activities: major interventions or elements • Outputs: products resulting from the activities • Outcomes: benefits from the activities and their outputs (sometimes called impacts.) NAVAA

  4. Logic Leads to Monitoring, Tracking & Evaluation • Data Collection Techniques and Sources • Short- and Longer-term Change • Efficiency • Productivity • Quality • Tracking and Timing • Reporting NAVAA
