Logic Model Components • Often include overarching statements as to program goals, contexts, purposes. • Inputs: resources dedicated or consumed • Activities: major interventions or elements • Outputs: products resulting from the activities • Outcomes: benefits from the activities and their outputs (sometimes called impacts.)
