Outputs: • The “deliverables” or “products” of Activities. • i.e. That which can be paid for. “what we produce” Efficiency: "The cost, speed and management efficiency with which inputs, means and/or resources and activities were converted into results, and the quality of the results achieved." Activities: • Activities are actioned using the available resources in order to achieve Outputs. “what we do” Inputs: • Human Resources • Systems • Budgets “Doing things right”
