  2. Naviance Family Connections • You will now log into the Family Connections program to pick your electives. You will write these elective choices and anything that is missing on the 6 year plan. • Your log-in is your official first name, space, official last name and your password is your student id. • We will check About Me to make sure you have an email address. • We will now take the Freshman/Sophomore Pre-test

  3. Who is my counselor? • If you do not know your counselor, you will get to know them a little better this year. Check the handout.

  6. MONROE TECH AND TJ APPLICATION PROCESS • COUNSELORS HAVE MONROE TECH CENTER APPLICATIONS AND BROCHURES TODAY! • MS. CHRISTMAN, COUNSELING DIRECTOR, WILL ASSIST YOU WITH THE APPLICATION PROCESS FOR UPPER CLASSMEN INTERESTED IN THOMAS JEFFERSON HIGH SCHOOL.

  7. STUDENT 6-YEAR PLANNING SELECTION SHEET • REVIEW WHAT YOU ARE TAKING THIS YEAR. • THINK ABOUT WHAT YOU WANT TO TAKE AND COMPARE TO WHAT IS PROPOSED ON RIGHT SIDE. • CONTINUE WITH FOREIGN LANGUAGE!

  8. LET THE SCHEDULING BEGIN! • HAPPY SCHEDULING! PAY ATTENTION TO DETAIL, AND OBSERVE TEACHER RECOMMENDED CORE COURSES WHEN YOU REVIEW YOUR COURSE SELECTION LETTER WITH 3RD QUARTER REPORT CARD! • 4th QUARTER REPORT CARDS WILL INCLUDE YOUR FINAL REQUEST LETTER! JUNE 20TH IS THE LAST DAY TO CHANGE!
