Next Day Air Service (NDAS) • Fictitious firm competing in the marketplace for overnight package deliveries • Provides local pickup/delivery of parcels and other small freight items • Initially restricted to rapidly growing Central Florida region • Corporate headquarters at Tampa, Florida • After initial success, firm expanded, and now has branch offices at Orlando, Miami, Atlanta, New Orleans, Dallas and Memphis • Has contracts with air carriers to provide service throughout the U.S. • Added agents in the cities of Jacksonville, Montgomery, Jackson, and Houston
