Conclusion We have considered our woodland in relation to EPS habitat and our operational programme. • The programme can be compliant with good practice. • There was potential for a licence application should we have been unable to modify an operation. • In order to fulfil the requirements of the Habitats Directive, we need to be fully conversant with the good practice guidance.
