One Point Perspective You Name It! HENRYDOG
Make sure they are faint and easy to rub out Draw in guide lines called construction lines Guide line for back of each letter Guidelines for the top and bottom of each letter
Use a ruler to draw your chosen name and make sure each letter is at least one square wide
Draw faint construction lines to the vanishing point from ALL corners or edges where this is possible Start with the top
Then add the lines from the bottom Don’t forget the sides! But only draw the lines from the bottom of the letters where you can SEE them. Put your ruler from the letter to the Vanishing Point but only draw the line until it disappears behind the next letter!
Now fill in the back of each letter REMEMBER – The back of the letter is PARALLEL with the front of the letter Finally – rub out your construction lines!
