Awards Management Key Dates: • Kuali Research replaces the Contracts Management Module (CMM) as our system of record on Monday, April 2nd • One-on-one training with each lab/program so that we can demonstrate actual award data without violating confidentiality • Offering a 16 dates/time frames to accommodate schedules: 2 hour sessions from 2/26 to 3/22 • Sign up sheet distributed to lead administrators • CMM and new account key creation freeze the week of April 2nd. Messaging and urgent account key creation instructions will be issued in advance. NCAR UCAR Operational Excellence

Awards Management What you can expect on April 2nd: • All active, pending, and WRAP-status awards will be migrated to Kuali Research (over 1700 awards) • Robust integration with human resources, PandA and IFAS • Powerful search capabilities include account keys, proposal numbers, award numbers, entity, sponsor, etc. • 21 reports available in Cognos at go-live • Single sign-on, Jira Service Desk • And more…!
