AGREEMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS • 8.33% of annual gross salary for Junior level. • 10 % of annual gross salaryfor Mid-level positions. • 12.5% of annual gross salary for Senior level positions (experience range above 6years). • Replacement of candidate if leaves the company within 1-3months as discussed while agreement. ** Gross will include Basic, HRA, PF, LTA, Medical, conveyance and any other remuneration under any other head which is given as monthly /annual compensation.
