Business Affairs Update – Banner 8 Implementation • Banner 8 Implementation • March 11th (Thursday)– through 15th (Monday) • Minor Changes for Departments • Multi-Year Labor Encumbering • Internationalization Enhancements • New Address Fields • Increased Lengths of Vendor Name and Address Fields • Increased Dollar Amount fields • Contact – fsm@ttuhsc.edu

Business Affairs Update – Banner 8 Downtime Plans • Accounts Payable • Deadline for Invoices • March 10, 3:30pm for checks to be printed and mailed on March 11, 2010. • Invoice / Check Processing in Downtime • None – Checks will not process again until close of Business Tuesday March 16th. • Mail and receiving will be processed as usual • Accounts.Payable@ttuhsc.edu will be monitored as usual
