  8. Free On-line mentoring Resource Why? Sheffield Hallam University aspires to be the leading applied university and has established itself as a leading university for higher and degree apprenticeships – this mentor support package makes sense alongside our ambitions.

  9. Free On-line mentoring Resource Why? We want our Apprenticeship programmes to be high quality and an excellent experience for our learners and partners. The success of each apprentice will be judged by their attainment of knowledge, skills and behaviours and they will need focussed support. We want to help you get that right and hopefully to be inspired by your part in this.

  10. Free On-line mentoring Resource Why? The combination of excellent applied academic tutorship and carefully focussed work experience can be high impact for an organisation and we believe that strong mentoring can enhance that and also affect the way an organisation develops.  This resource builds on that idea and offers strategies and techniques to support all that.  We do mean business.

  11. Free On-line mentoring Resource Why? Finally, we hope that we can support a positive experience for you as the mentor.  We have designed this resource to match the Apprenticeship in Coaching and Mentoring.  you might see opportunities for yourself and funding possibilities for your employer. We can help connect you to providers if you want to gain your own mentoring qualification.
