  1. Fig b Fig a Fig c Fig a, b,c:Mujer de 27 años con dolor abdominal. En le ecografía de urgencia de aprecia una masa sólida heterogénea bien definida con vascularización interna significativa localizada en hipogastrio.

  2. Fig d Fig e * Fig f En el tránsito intestinal se aprecia una compresión extrínseca con desplazamiento craneal de asas por presencia de una masa en hipogastrio (Fig d). La TC muestra una masa sólida heterogénea en hipogastrio. La anatomía patológica confirmó que se trataba de un GIST de riesgo elevado (Fig e y f).
