  1. Media Fill Procedure 3 mL Shielded syringe 10 mL of TSB 1 mL 20 or 30 mL shielded evac vial (simulatedTc-99m) X 4 10 mL unshielded syringe (repeat 3 more times for a total of 4 vials) Simulated Kit vial #1 Source Vial of TSB 3 mL Draw 0.4 mL of media from Kit (simulated normal saline)
