ESE– TERMS A23. Special Programs Panel • TERMS A23 Special Programs panel • Work with ESE Specialist to determine which Classrooms (Teachers) contain the ESE Special Program students. • Students who spend 60% or more of their time in one of these classrooms should have a “Y” in the appropriate field in TERMS A23 Special Programs panel. • Integrated Pre-K Classrooms – contain both ESE and Non-ESE students. Only the ESE Students need the “Y” in the PK-D field • FTE Revenue generated by these students is differentiated on the Revenue Estimator as “Instructional Allocation ESE Spec. Prog.” • Access Data Warehouse, School Reports Menu, Special Programs to run a report of all students with a Y in one of the Special Programs fields. Remove the “Y” for students no longer in a Special Program Classroom:
