  2. Home Learning WRITE IN PLANNER: • Create vocab. cards and study 20 minutes each night. • Ch. 1-4 Vocab. Quiz will be on 9/16 (B) and 9/17 (A). • Create two SAT style questions due 9/11 (A) & 9/12 (B). • Hold all questions until the end.

  3. Home Learning Explanation Vocab. cards will be set-up as follows: • On the FRONT of the card is the: • Vocab. word written in BLACK (color varies by week.) • Week number • On the BACK of the card is the: • Definition • Part of speech.

Home Learning Explanation SAT Questions Directions: • Write a sentence that uses two of the vocab. words correctly in context. • Omit the words and provide four multiple choice options. • EXAMPLE: • Hoping to ______ the dispute, negotiators proposed a compromise that they felt would be _______ to both labor and management. • ENFORCE…USEFUL • END…DEVISE • OVERCOME…UNATTRACTIVE • RESOLVE…ACCEPTABLE
