Each proposed Results relates to each sub head of corresponding measurable goals AdviseDiscuss all five KRAs with your supervisor before you sit down to input information here. After you have given the necessary information for KRA 1, scroll down to the bottom of the page
Skip the Mid Term Review Section Note : If you press the continue button without filling up any of KEY RESULT AREAS,MEASURABLE GOALS or PROPOSED RESULTS , you will get alert message for each. Also if you do not have any proposed results then write “ Not Applicable”. Skip The Final Review Section Press the Continue button .You move to the KRA 2 section

You can , however, edit the KRAs before your appraiser comments and signs out.
