  3. From the Home page click on the Final Review button

  4. Type the Employee Code Type the Password Choose Your role as appraisee

  5. Pass Through the First Page

  6. Press Continue Button to go to the Unit Strategy page.

  7. Press continue to go to the Goal Categories Page

  8. After viewing Goal categories proceed to the KRA pages.

  9. You come to the KRA pages

  10. Scroll down the page and put your first comments for Final Review Click on the Continue Button to view the next KRAs

  11. If you press Continue button without giving your comments for the Final review, then you will get an error message.

  12. In the KRA 2 page, scroll down the page and put your first comments for Final Review Scroll down to the bottom of the page, press continue to move to the next page.

  13. In the KRA 3 page, scroll down the page and put your first comments for Final Review Scroll down to the bottom of the page, press continue to move to the next page.

  14. In the KRA 4 page, scroll down the page and put your first comments for Final Review Scroll down to the bottom of the page, press continue to move to the next page.

  15. In the KRA 5 page, scroll down the page and put your first comments for Final Review Scroll down to the bottom of the page, press continue to move to the next page.

  16. If you have achieved any other Accomplishment & Breakthroughsthroughout the year other than the ones mentioned in the KRAs you may mention here. If you want to undergo any training and /or Development planning, then you may mention here. Press Continue button

  17. If you feel that you want to edit or change your comments at a later part click here. If you want to confirm your comments then click here.

  18. When you get this message you will understand that your comments have been successfully submitted

  19. On your attempt to re login as an appraisee to check the comments of your appraiser if you get this message you will understand that your appraiser has not yet confirmed his review.

  20. On your successful attempt to re login as an appraisee to check the comments of your appraiser and input your final comments, you will find this page with all the details of your KRA and the comments of your Appraiser and rating.

  21. After Checking all the KRAS comment and ratings you click here on the link to Leadership Performance.

  22. Check the individual Leadership Competencies Rating

  23. Check the Overall Leadership Ratings & The Overall Goal Rating

  24. Check the Appraiser’s overall assessment of Goal Accomplishments Check the Leadership Competency comments of Appraiser Check recommended training for the Appraisee Put your comments as an Appraisee

  25. Input your comments here on Training and final comments Click the continue button to finish Your Appraisal process.
