  3. Typical PSOM project • Legal co-operation agreement (JV) • Training • Hardware (production unit) • Business plan: yeas or no follow up investments • Pilot with spin-off: FDI

  4. PSOM Ghana • 11 projects contracted, EUR 6,5 mln. • Follow up investments + 300 % • 65% in agriculture/agribusiness • Employment : average 50 jobs per project

  5. Ghana Investment Climate • and access • Remove time consuming procedures • Focus on Ghanaian private sector • Excellent opportunity to be fruit and vegetable garden for Europe
