Law Code • Art. 94 (01.01.2004) An employer has to counteract the mobbing • Art. 15 An employer has to maintain safe and healthy work conditions. An employer is responsible for: organizing specialist courses,working out a work-system, counteracting work-related illnesses and other ones that may have any relation to a done job/ occupation The employer’s duty are; • run tests and measurements of all health harmful factors • do prophylactic tests
Teacher’s Chart • Art. 72 • The Minister of Health in consultation with other ministers determines, as a regulation,forms of prophylactic and medical treatment for teachers. • Local authorities allot annually necessary funds for the health support for teachers (apart from entitled health insurance) • Art. 73 • A teacher has the right to take a health leave (12months) if he or she has worked at school for at least 7 years
European Framework Agreement on work-related stress It was signed the 8th of October 2004 • School Syllabus • Vocational education (program for nurses, managers) • Health education – it is a part of other subjects’ programs
Other Regulations • Ministry Board (20.08.1996) Art. 4 – it is connected with mental health for disabled employees. It applies to the running psychological therapies for them. • Ministry of Political and Social Affairs A pension certificate applies to along lasting stress. An injured person has the right to get a compensation. The National Health Program It does not include stress or mobbing problems

Teachers need our help ! We notice the lack of system regulations which deal with stress at teachers’ work. There is a need to introduce the problem of stress into university programs. We, as a union, are glad to take part in this project. We hope that we all achieve a great success.
