Use Trello Not to To Constantly watch your team members Organise all of your tasks Have an overview of what your team are doing Brag about how busy you are Get work done Contribute towards team members tasks if you feel like they can help Assign all the work to others and none to yourself Lie about tasks being completed Reflect on projects and improve planning in future Not consider the little tasks that aren’t big enough to be created. Plan weekly/monthly projects efficiently and realistically
