  2. What does the promoter do? • Get word out • Fill seats • Implement effective campaigns • Envisions a goal, work to reach it

  3. Qualifications • Have prior promotion or marketing experience • Commit to the play • Be available at least 20hrs/wk • Be very determined

  4. Fun Facts about promoters • Some promoters are used for recruiting • Are paid on commission( so a tickets for $30 will be $3 on commission) • They are not always in town play is taking place

  5. Why promoter? • Thought was easy job • Like advertising things • Get out and meet new people
