Doulos Control Process 1 • No private vehicles allowed into the receiving Area RA unless dropping of articles for Doulos • All private vehicles to be parked in the visitors parking area in front of the building • All vehicles picking up goods for distribution to the needy must go to DA • Management reserves the right to search all vehicles entering or leaving the Doulos property By first intent all goods should be brought to the Doulos premises by donors/or other responsible people The RA area receives all goods, bar-codes each item and computerises results, no item received by Doulos should pass this system Despatch Area/store (DA) Repairman These are allocated areas with responsible and accountable people dedicated to ensure all goods are sorted, cleaned and allocated to SD or WD area Sort & Clean Areas (S & C) Receiving Area (RA) Articles that can be repaired are sent to the repairman. Once repaired they are returned to Doulos RA The DA is responsible for the control of all items leaving Doulos. Control function for receiving items from S & C areas Waste Disposal Areas (WD) Sales & Distribution Areas (S & D ) Waste disposal should be fetched from Doulos. The WD area must be marked clearly so that each of the waste disposal products are stored separately as indicated, stacked and handled correctly The S & D areas are responsible for the sales and distribution of all products that designated for a specific purpose where funds are generated R R
