  1. Damietta • Damietta or Dumyat is a port and the capital of the Damietta Governorate in Egypt. It is located at the intersection between the Mediterranean Sea and the Nile, about 200 kilometers (120 mile) north of Cairo. It is 589 kilometers square and the population is 1.100.000

  2. Ras El Bar which means "head of land" or the "golden triangle", is a resort city in Damietta in northeast Egypt. It is located where the Nile river meets the Mediterranean Sea.
