What is SWOT Analysis? Strengths Weaknesses Opportunities Threats
Learning styleWhat kind of learner are you? Active or Reflective? Sensing or Intuitive? Visual or Verbal? Sequential or Global?
Ask yourself some questions: Do I find it easier to learn facts or concepts? Do I remember better something I’ve done or something I’ve thought about a lot? One of these… or a combination? Do I prefer looking at pictures and charts or written text? Or listening rather than reading? With problems, do I find solutions one step at a time or ‘magically’ all at once?
Time Management Write out a timetable: 24 hours x 7 days • Include all fixed events: lectures, seminars • Include meal times and travel times • Include family/social activities • Include time for sleeping/resting
