Final Warning Process Arrest and reported for the offence & eligible for Final Warning OIC to allocate appointment for Final Warning Surgery. 3 weeks after disposal. Day 1 YOS police officers to check each day for new Final Warnings. Notification completed by YOS police officers and given to Support Worker for recording on YOIS and to make file. Day 1 Support officer to send file to Early Intervention Unit Coordinator for allocation. Day 1 Allocation to be completed by Early Intervention Unit Coordinator within one working day. Gatekeeping appointment to be issued. Day 2 Early Intervention Unit worker to contact and complete ASSET and plan intervention in accordance with National Standards. 10 Working Days Victim & RJ information to be recorded on ASSET as part of offence analysis. ASSET & [proposed Intervention Plan to be emailed to Standard Supervision Unit Coordinator for gatekeeping appointment. Day 15 Final Warning surgery plan signed and intervention offered by Early Intervention Unit worker. All Final Warning plans to be emailed to YOS Police Day 16
