Design PFP Groups Around Professional Learning Communities • Grade-Level Groupings in Elementary Grades • These are the Teachers Who Naturally Work Together on a Day-to-Day Basis as a PLC • These Groups Have a 1-hour Common Prep Every Wednesday Afternoon • They Function as Both PFP and Professional Development Groupings • Principal Attends Most Meetings

PLCs Develop PFP Goals • PLCs Develop Their Own Local PFP Goals, with Input from Principal • Goals are Reasonable, Attainable and Scaled • Local Measures are Academically Focused and Directly Affect ISAT Results • Non-certificated Staff are Consulted • Curriculum is Aligned to Idaho and Common Core State Standards
