What have been the major focus of our association’s work over the last 2 years? 1. Support for younger people with dementia 2. Support for people with early onset 3. Improvement of quality of care in facilities 4. Involvement in the better program of long term care insurance (LTCI) 5. 20th ADI Kyoto Conference 6. Others
What have been the main challenges facing our association? 1.Members of the Association is not large in number. 2.The Association dose not cover the whole country.3.The Association is not well known among family caregivers nor professional caregivers.4. Others
What has been our association’s best achievement over the last 2 years? 1.Survey on what people with dementia think and how they feel2.Better cooperation of helpline between national office and chapters’ ones3.Showing the film based on the novel by a family caregiver of our Association 4.Preparation for ADI Kyoto Conference5.Others
