Our Criteria for Product Selection • Biodegradable (where appropriate) • Non-toxic to both humans and aquatic life • Do not contain petroleum or Petrochemical compounds • Have an acceptable VOC levels when diluted • Biobased
Lessons Learned: • Cost competitive • Biobased Products Work! • Get Senior Management Buy-In Early On • Use Solicitation Templates • Use Third Party Certification • Include Biobased Products/Sustainable Practices as a Selection Criteria • Outreach - Employees Prefer Biobased Products!
