Process • Step 1: shell is dug up. • Step 2: Shell is grinded up into a thick dust. • Step 3: Shell is sent through a screen • Step 4: Shell is sent into a mixer. • Step 5: after that it is sent into an extruder.
Process • Step 6: shell is trimmed. • Step 7:they mark the surface with a roller. • Step 8: The slugs are cut, separated, and stacked. • Step 9:The bricks are dried then sent into the Kilm. • Step 10: The bricks are sent to be tested to the design specifications.
Output • The final product is one very finely manufactured brick. These bricks can be used in all types of construction projects such as prison's or schools.
Feedback • Feedback for this product can be either positive or negative. • A sample of positive feedback would be a high number of sales for a set period of time. • A sample of negative feedback for bricks would be low sales or a recall of bricks do to a defect suck as being to brittle. • In the case of negative feedback it would go back to the manufacturing process and be corrected to achieve a better product.
