  2. Presbyterian Senior Living was founded over 85 years ago with a vision to provide for seniors with limited resources. What we have learned over time is that while there may be differences in the income levels, seniors have common needs and desires for safety, security, and to be able to age with dignity in a place that they call home.

  3. Convenient porch layouts & gazebos create comfortable access for privacy or socialization.

  4. There are secure entrances with handicap access heights.

  5. Managers Offices in close proximity to entrances in main hallways.

  6. There are attractive hand rails throughout buildings.

  7. Common areas for social meeting spaces.

  8. Community dining & event areas feature soil resistant fabrics.

  9. There are many safety, convenience and efficiency issues addressed in Presbyterian Senior Living Affordable Senior Housing… Some of these are convenient laundry options with activities in same or nearby locations.

  10. Accessible exercise equipment easy for seniors to use.

  11. Easy access adaptations of design for handicap needs.

  12. All accessible height toilets, grab bars and roll in showers for safety and ease of access.

Affordable Housing DESIGNED for Seniors As a not-for-profit organization we feel a special responsibility to provide greater amounts of subsidized care to those who lack the resources to afford the services they need and deserve.
