  1. Extracurricular Activities in School • Extracurricular activities as the name suggests are those which are conducted besides the normal course of a Curriculum. These activities which are executed apart from the routine curriculum should be in accordance with the interest of the individual. These types of activities help the students to inculcate social skills as they work with each other to accomplish the tasks given to them. • According to me to enhance the overall personality of the students these co curricular activities should be given importance on priority basis. The activities which are taken by the students according to their interests help to develop their personal skills which further channelize their energies in a positive way which is very important in today’s competitive environment.

  2. We, the teachers should think more as facilitators and encourage our students to participate more in the activities so as to enhance their personal growth and development which will further improve their confidence and self-esteem and transform into Well Being Human beings. http://www.hgsfaridabad.org/
