  9. FAQ’s about using the NC LIVE Media Collection What hardware/software do I need? • Flash player version 9 or higher • The videos stream in two formats – a lower bandwidth option and a higher bandwidth option. • The videos will play on a Mac but not portable devices like iPod or Blackberry.
