  3. Needs assessment • Assess the community’s needs • Talk to school personnel • Talk to students • Decide and define the problem to be addressed • Bullying: cyber-bullying • Discrimination • Exclusion

  4. Counseling Team • Write 5’ skit • Make sure to depict only the problem • Perform the skit • Remain in role through out the experience • Do not lecture, speak within your role • Do not explain the behavior away, explain the reasons behind it

Community participation • Director asks the community to participate • Ask questions of the cast members • Actors remain in character • Actors voice the rationale of the character they are playing • Director thanks the community and actors for participating • Director requests the community answers survey
