Plans for Dallas Meeting • Joint meeting with 802.1AVB (2 meeting slots) • 802.1Qat and 802.11 QoS (a) a tutorial on 802.11e, specifically on TSPECs and what they mean; management interface to 802.11 QoS, (by 802.11) (b) a tutorial on 802.1Qat, specifically the traffic classes and what their delay/latency and throughput characteristics are (by 802.1AVB) and (c) define a map between each 802.1Qat traffic class to 802.11 TSPECs (jointly). • Update on the status of 802.1Q C-tag CFI bit • Status of 802.11aa (what we have done so far) • Listen to technical proposals • Discuss process • Requirements documents for other PAR topics?
