Alex Hersh, Implementation Manager, OI&T Good morning and welcome to Increasing your MHV I.Q. My name is Cheryl Roberts and I am a Training Specialist with the VALU IT National Training & Education Office and the MHV program. My office is located in Martinsburg, WV. Id like to introduce you to Alex Hersh, National Implementation Manager with the Office of Information & Technology. Alexs office is in Baltimore. Alex and I have been working together with MHV for two years. During the first part of our class Alex and I will would like for you to join us as we travel through three MHV adventure sites. The MHV Product website, MHV Training website, and the MHV Store. Along the way you will discover fabulous resources which may be used to develop or to enhance successful programs and events once you return to your medical centers. During the second part of the class, we will provide an opportunity for you to form teams within your PC neighborhoods, utilizing these web resources to design an Awareness Week plan intended for use with audiences either within your medical center such as employees, clinicians, patients, or within your local community such as Veteran Service Organizations, civic organizations, and/or other veteran support groups.
