  2. The Sterling Digibinder The STERLING® DIGIBINDER® is a fully automated perfect binder. The pneumatic clamp and the nipper adjust automatically. The unique roughing blade roughs and notches the entire backbone of the book. Twin glue applicating rollers and a third metering roller, ensure an even glue application. There is absolutely no set up. Go from thick books to thin books without any adjustments! A silent air compressor is supplied with the machine.

  4. The Sterling Digibinder Super-C The STERLING® DIGIBINDER SUPER-C has the same features as The Digibinder and Digibinder Plus, with added automation. The machine includes an automatic cover feeder and vertical stacker. There are two glue pots, one for side gluing and one with twin glue rollers which allows for an even glue application as does a third, metering roller to smooth out the glue. The extra heavy duty roughing blade ensures the binding of coated, oil infused, and UV coated stock.
