  2. Introduced in 1986 shot put is of the traditional field event that is very popular. It combines strength, form and technique. Unlike other events, there are quite a lot of rules and regulations that has to be followed to guarantee fun, exigent and competitive atmosphere. • Shot put is a track and field event that involves throwing of a heavy metal ball as far as possible but in a throwing push motion to make it go longer. • On the whole the main objective of the game is to throw the heavy metal ball as far as you can, subject to some rules.

  3. How to play? It must be placed on the shoulder with only one hand and when the thrower obtains a standpoint in the circle to start, it must touch very close to the chin and neck. To precede with the action the hand shall not be dropped once in this position furthermore the shot should not be brought behind the shoulder.
