Round Robin Sharing Read p. 2 entitled Differences between, and connections between, Content and Practice standards. Highlight 3 items that catch your attention. One person begins sharing their thoughts on one idea from the reading. Moving to the right, each remaining group member contributes their thinking on that same idea. Ideas are offered with no cross talk. After everyone shares. Repeat steps 1 and 2. Continue this round robin sharing three times.

Jig Saw the Reading Each person reads their assigned standards. Highlight the important ideas in these standards and prepare a short summary of these ideas. Take turns explaining your standards to the rest of your table group (3 to 4 min.)
