  2. Attendance : # of learners w/greater than 4 unexcused absences Goal : 10 % DECREASE over 3 years

  3. COMMITMENT to SCHOOL 88.4% - learners reported feeling safe in school 81.9% learners reported the opportunity to talk to a facilitator Goal : To increase 20 % over the next four years.

  4. DISCIPLINE : Incidents resulted in ISS/OSS Goal : 10 % DECREASE over 3 years

  5. Mental health well-being Goal : 15% DECREASE over the next 4 years

Next Steps • ATTENDANCE : Continue to work with families on understanding importance of attendance – increase involvement in SAIP Conferences • Commitment to school: working with the factory/TIN & other community organizations to connect students to activities in and out of school / Work with facilitators on relevance & PBIS • DISCIPLINE: WORK with learners and families on changing behaviors/ Continue support of PBIS • MENTAL HEALTH WELL BEING: Continue tracking means of social- emotional education in school (PLAN 339/ASCA) – connecting students to A mentor and activities (IE.
