Habit # 1: Teamwork Makes the Dreamwork • Area/ Division Council • At least one Assistant AD/ or Assistant Division Director • Prepare successor for office • Minimum of at least one mentor

Habit # 2: Communication is the Key “Leader as Servant” Contact and visit clubs on a regular basis • Many clubs elect club officers every 6 months • Hold regular Area/ Division • Council Meetings. • Visit clubs on a regular basis • Follow Toastmaster evaluation • Be Supportive and Helpful
Habit # 3: Show Them You Care “They don’t care how much you know, until they know How much you care.” • Go the extra mile • Doing the minimum = minimum results • Visit early and often
