  1. Punch! ProPlatinum Home Design Adding Appliances & Fixtures

  2. Accessing the Object Library • To access the Object Library, on the Properties Bar, click on the Objects down arrow and select 3D Object Library.

  3. Bathroom Fixtures[Sink, Toilet & Bathtub] • Click the arrow next to “Objects” at the top of the Preview Bar to display the object library list, and then click Bath > Fixtures.

  4. Toilet[Bath Fixtures] • In the Preview Bar, scroll down to locate and select a toilet from the list. • Drag and drop the toilet in the top right corner of the bathroom. Drag object from Preview Bar to Floor Plan

  5. Rotating an Object[Bath Fixtures] • Rotate the toilet using the free rotate tool so that the back of the toilet is against the wall. The toilet should be a ½ foot from the top exterior wall. • Click on the Rotation Tool [make sure that the object you wish to rotate is selected]. • Place cursor on the bottom left corner and click, hold and drag up to the top left corner of the object. The object should now be against the wall.

  6. Bathtub[Bath Fixtures] • To select a bathtub, go back to the Objects on the Preview Bar and choose the second tub from the top. • Drag and drop the bathtub in the top left corner of the bathroom. Resize the bathtub to be 5 feet long. • Note: If the cursor is still in rotation mode, click on the arrow button above the Free Rotation Tool.

  7. Sink & Countertop[Bath Fixtures] • Click on Objects at the top of the Preview Bar and click Bath > Furniture. Select the first object, which is a sink with a cabinet below it. • Drag and drop this sink on the same wall as the toilet, placing it just below the toilet. • Rotate the sink using the Free Rotate Tool so that it fits against the wall.

  8. Kitchen Fixtures & Appliances • Click on Objects at the top of the Preview Bar and click on Kitchen > Appliances.

  9. Refrigerator[Kitchen Fixtures & Appliances] • Find a refrigerator and place it in the top right corner of the kitchen • Drag and drop this refrigerator on the Kitchen’s right exterior wall. • Rotate the refrigerator using the Free Rotate Tool so that it fits against the wall.

  10. Sink & Dishwasher [Kitchen Fixtures & Appliances] • Next find the sink and dishwasher combination and place it next to the refrigerator. • Drag and drop this object directly below the refrigerator on the Kitchen’s right exterior wall. • Rotate the sink and dishwasher using the Free Rotate Tool so that it fits against the wall.

  11. Stove [Kitchen Fixtures & Appliances] • On the left kitchen wall, you will put in cabinets and a stove. • In the Kitchen > Appliances list, find a stove and place it in the middle of the left-side wall. • Rotate the stove using the Free Rotate Tool so that it fits against the wall.

  12. Kitchen Cabinets [Kitchen Fixtures & Appliances] Floor Cabinet • Cabinets are the hardest to distinguish.The cabinets with a dark countertop are the floor cabinets. • The cabinets without the dark countertop are wall cabinets. • Cabinets also come in a light or dark wood finish.   13. Cabinets [Kitchen Fixtures & Appliances] • Now click on Objects at the top of the Preview Bar and click on Kitchen > Cabinets. [You may choose either light or dark] • Choose some cabinets to go on either side of the stove by dragging and them in the correct positions. • Rotate the cabinets using the Free Rotate Tool so that it fits against the wall.

  14. Your floor plan should look like this.
