  2. What is ServicePoint? • It’s Questar’s new and exciting online system that allows districts to enter enrollments, Additional Material Orders, download ELL Placement Tests, Final Reports and much more! SUCCESS BY YOUR STANDARDS®

  3. Welcome to ServicePoint! Visit https://id-servicepoint.questarai.comto login. Your district password is Idaho abbreviated (ID) plus the word “District” plus your District code (with leading zeroes, if applicable). For example, Boise will login with the username of IDDistrict001.  Your password remains the same as in previous years and iscase sensitive. SUCCESS BY YOUR STANDARDS®

  4. What’s available on the home page? ELL Placement Test tab Help documents Link to update District Test Coordinator (DTC) and LEP contact information Link to your Final Reports SUCCESS BY YOUR STANDARDS®

  5. Where do I go to update/verify my contact information? Click ‘Address Book’ that appears to the right of your screen. Then click ‘District Contacts’ to verify your DTC and LEP contact information. See image below. Once you’ve selected ‘Districts Contacts’, both the DTC and LEP contact names will appear. Click the radio button of the contact you wish to verify and update. See image above. SUCCESS BY YOUR STANDARDS®

  6. How do I edit my contact information? Click the radio button of the contact you wish to view and edit. Then click the ‘edit’ button. Your screen should appear like the one to the right. You may now edit the information. Remember to click ‘save’ otherwise your edits will not keep. SUCCESS BY YOUR STANDARDS®

  7. How do I edit my address? On the left hand side of the screen, click ‘District Contact Addresses’. You will then be brought to a screen like the one above. Click the radio button and hit edit to verify and edit your address. Remember to hit save and no P.O. Boxes. SUCCESS BY YOUR STANDARDS®

  8. Final Reports On the home page, the ‘Final Reports’ link is located on the left of the screen. Place your cursor over ‘Final Reports’ and list will appear to the right. Click on the which reports you are looking to review. SUCCESS BY YOUR STANDARDS®

What’s new for 2012…. • ELL Placement Test has been revised. • Reading and Writing subtests not administered at the beginning of Fall kindergarten. • Reading subtests for all grades:  • Two comprehension items added to the Fluency passage • Writing subtests for grades 4–12: • Four new multiple-choice grammar items on Writing Response Sheet P-3, P-4, and P-5 • ServicePoint replaced the old IELA Online System. • Districts will no longer be required to upload Pre_ID files. The State Department of Education will provide Questar a state file so its imperative that your student information is accurate and up to date within the state’s student information system.   13. Cont. • During testing, only new and LEPx students can be added by bubbling their information. All other students must have a Pre_ID label. • Braille, Large Print and LEPx student materials will be ordered through ServicePoint during the Additional Materials Ordering window.
