Sportsmanship is KEY Good Sportsmanship is the Cardinal Rule for all Coaches, Athletes, Officials, and Fans
Drop Off and Pick Up of Athletes • Pick up promptly from practices or games • Coaches are not expected to stay throughout the night supervising your children, athletes can be removed from the team for multiple late pickups • Park in spots, PLEASE DO NOT line up in front of building
Parent/Coach Relationship • Communication from coach will happen throughout the season • Each team’s rules, schedules and policies will be shared with players/parents • Coaches will not/are not expected discuss strategy or game play with parents • Please do not expect coaches to discuss playing time or meet directly after a game/meet. Contact with coaches should start with the players!
Procedures to follow if you have concerns Step 1: Student-athletes should first have a discussion with coach about any issues or concerns Step 2: Parents can make an appointment with the coach to discuss the unresolved issue Step 3: If still unresolved, call Athletics and the AD will meet with the coach, parents, and student-athlete **Please do not attempt to confront a coach before or after a game or practice. Meetings of this nature usually do not promote positive resolutions.
Planning Your High School Years Well Junior Year • Take your SATs/ACTs • Inform your guidance counselor if you want to play a sport • Visit prospective colleges/ contact coaches • Senior Year • Retake SATs/ACTs if needed • Review your transcript with your guidance counselor • Interview with college coaches/visit colleges Freshman Year • Maintain good grades • Achieve the 6.75 credits each semester Sophomore Year • Take Practice PSAT

Spring orders should be in shortly – next sale will be Fall 2019 Through the spirit wear sales, the booster club provides two scholarships for our senior athletes
