It’s about more than Math and English scores… “Every role counts; every role player is important. Each team member must take pride in his/her job.”—John Wooden Must find each person’s role…their area of expertise…their gift. Must break down the isolation that exists in a secondary school. If we can create the isolation, then we can remove the isolation.
