Background of Project • We have created a database for a sports day camp. • We decided to make a database for this type of organization because having the records of everything for the camp on a computer makes the whole system more efficient. • The database is easy to use and serves multiple purposes.

Problems Opportunities • Reduced paper costs • Quick access to information • Time efficient • Automatic update of information from table to table • Cleaner organization • High paper costs • Poor organization • Time consuming to find information about counselors and campers • Inefficient updating of information

  4. Database Design Overview • Relationships • One-to-many • Camper to Location • Counselor to Location • Forms and Reports based off of three main tables and some queries • Information is all based off of campers data, counselors data, and location data

  5. User Interface Design • Uniform design • Easy to use and navigate through • Add, edit or delete records in an orderly fashion • Reports that were made can be easily read
