How bad can it get? • Global Financial Crisis • Increase in mortgage interest rates • Housing prices up • Job security • Elections – Federal and State • Increase in holiday leave accruals • Highly competitive holiday market • Saturation of cheap domestic airfares • Vast increase in low cost international holidays • Strength of Australian Dollar • Fewer ‘Leisure disposable’ dollar
