Registering for Work Group Meeting • Registration typically opens 1.5 months prior to work group meeting • Events Work Group Meetings
Work Group Schedule • Posted no more than 3 weeks following the prior Work Group meeting • Preliminary without room assignments • Final is posted approximately 2 weeks prior to meeting • Final with room assignments • Can be found on Work Group Registration page left hand side
Individual Work Group Agendas • Draft agendas for all Work Groups are posted in a zip file on the Work Group Registration page no later than 2 weeks prior to Work Group meetings • Keep in mind that these are drafts; final agendas are found in the individual Work Group Materials Download folders. The most current updated agenda is located in the Work Group Materials Download folder.
Work Group Materials Publication • Available from the Work Group registration page • Published in NOW Notice 2 weeks prior to WG Meetings • Summarizes DERFs, Project Proposals and individual items of discussion for each Work Group

Work Group Materials Download Folders • Located on each Work Group page as a downloadable zip file • Preliminary folders posted by staff liaisons no later than 2 weeks prior to WG • These zip folders are ‘live’ downloads. Since these folders are updated frequently be sure to check back to obtain the most current

Ballot Results • Posted in the applicable Members Only WG page under the documentation for the upcoming meeting
Data Element Request Forms (DERFs) • Download the complete file of all DERFs are posted on the Maintenance and Control Work Group page 2 weeks prior to Work Group meetings
DERF Calendar • You can find DERF deadlines and posting dates on the DERF calendar located on the Development Process page • The calendar is also located on the Web-Enabled Data Dictionary
Project Development Forms • Forms are posted to the Maintenance and Control Work Group page for upcoming meeting and located under DERFs in the middle column of the page. • Forms are reviewed in MC, and if approved are sent to the Board for approval and assignment to a Work Group is made.
Notifications During Work Group Meetings • Each evening an email is sent to all attendees containing the following: • Important Announcements document • Transportation information • Wi-Fi access information • Meeting schedule for the next day • Emails are sent during the day regarding Maintenance and Control (MC) meeting time changes (if applicable). Maintenance and Control (MC) meeting will begin at the earlier of either the scheduled start time or fifteen (15) minutes after the last prior work group meeting ends.
NCPDP strongly recommends downloading all documents and reviewing with your organization to allow ample time to determine applicable voting items and/or questions!
