CPM User’s Manual Update Develop an updated CPM User’s Manual to include: • Directions on how to use the features of CPM • Step-by-step procedures for accomplishing tasks in CPM • Creation of selected narrated videos of commonly used tasks and features in CPM. • Videos will be available on the AIM website. 4

NAVEDTRA 136 Update Design and develop an updated NAVEDTRA 136 based on the impending removal of NAVEDTRAs 130 and 131 from use, and the migration of Learning Object Module (LOM) functionality to the Content Planning Module (CPM). • Phase I • Analyze the current NAVEDTRA 130, 131, and 136, and provide suggestions for modifications, deletions and additions • Develop Appendices which include fillable PDFs for training documents • Create draft NAVEDTRA 136 • Phase II • Create final NAVEDTRA 136 incorporate agreed upon changes from the draft review 5

Scope of the CPM 5.16 Change Effort • 1.0 Implement a software modification to enable CPM to produce the following 3 outputs that are currently produced in LOM : • 1.1 Lesson Plan (Instructor Guide) • 1.2 Trainee Guide • 1.3 SCORMpackage • 2.0 The objectives of this effort are to: • 2.1 Remove the need for a separate LO Module (LOM) • 2.2 Remove the need to access via a CITRIX environment • 2.3 Produce required outputs from CPM directly • 2.4 Add a CPM capability to link JDTA Items including Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Tools, and Resources (KSATRs) directly to elements within a section • 2.5 Make the three LOM outputs web enabled • 2.6 Make CPM exportable as an PDF product • 2.7 Add a CPM capability to migrate content from LOM to CPM while maintaining existing linkages 6

CPM Changes in “Other than Projects” Tab • The capability to export the content to the EDE (button and associated capability) was removed from numerous CPM locations. • Change the Projects > Content to Projects > Design • Eliminate Projects > Design > Management > Assignments and Change Record options on this subtab. • Change Projects > Design > “Curriculum Development” to “Curriculum Outline” • Eliminate Reports > Projects report detailing EDE export results. • Add Reports > Projects Impact Report detailing the locations an individual IETM version is associated in any COI aspect of a course. 7

Add a report that outputs all instances of a resource used in a specific course
