Reminder… • Long delays are being reported when we use the outdated DOT (Federal) drug test forms. • As of Dec. 1, 2011, we are required by law to use the new Federal Chain of Custody forms. • If you have not already done so, please make sure you start using the new forms and destroy the old forms immediately. • For additional forms and kits, contact Pembrooke Occupational Health Client Services at 1-800-733-1676 ext- 118 or the Security Department at (909) 517-3265.

2012 Performance Review Refresher • Don’t have time to attend Performance Review training but looking for a performance review refresher? • Career Development has put together a job aid for both managers and associates that addresses some of the most frequently asked questions when it comes to performance reviews. • Whether it is the preparation, the review discussion, or how to follow up after the review has been completed. • I will e-mail copies of the job aids to all after the meeting.
Complete Sales Tax Webcast Training by March 30 • In order to reduce and eliminate the number of costly penalties Ferguson has endured, the appropriate handling of sales tax certificates and exemptions will continue to be a priority. • Although progress has been made in many branches, the company policy of ‘No Certificate, No Exemption’, and other procedures, is not being enforced in all cases, requiring us to publish this mandatory webcast to assist you. • This 15 minute webcast has been designed to help you: • Create awareness regarding the management of tax certificates and exemptions • Provide education pertaining to the proper administration of tax certificates and exemptions
