  4. The 2nd IGFD Forum • Since the 1st IGFD Forum in Chantilly in November 2007, clinicians have gained experience in diagnosis of SPIGFD and treatment with Increlex. We will draw on this experience. • Advances in three particular areas related to SIGFD; prevalence in short stature patients, genetic diagnoses, and new therapeutic studies with Increlex. • SPIGFD in the continuum of defects of the GH-IGF-I axis causing short stature.
